what does eddie learn in one of his lessons and what do you think?

i think eddies most valuable leasson he learns is the one from tala, the asian girl burt in the hut. he learns that his life wasn;t as big waste and that he was here for a reason.

novel- 5 people you meet in heven

this book so far from what i have read has an interesting structure and layout. it is quite interesing but i must admit i have been slack in reading this bok and am only half way through it. i am interested to see what happens and how everything works out and who else eddie meets in heven.

symbol and motifs

chose one of the symbols and explain why is it used, what it means and your opinion on it.

the colour 'red' is used alot and occurs very frequently throughout the movie. it mainly symbolises love, passion and death. i think that it is a very important symbol and its use is very important. i like the way the director has chosen to use the red filter because it is very approiate for this type of film eg. the ambulance is red, the red filter, the mainly her hair colour.

run lola run. main ideas

how and what does the way the sequence is filmed tell us about a main idea?
it is filmed with very fast shots and just shows main people and ideas that link into lola getting the 100,000 marks. the casino shows that she is trying to get money for manni.

what do i think about these phrases?
-all endings are also beginings.
i personally dont belive in after life or any of that stuff. so i think once you die its the end and it stops there
-no story sits by itself
i dont think things are connected and happen because other things do. it happens by chance.

i think controlling time is stupid. if you change one thing you change everything. just watch the butterfly effect to know what i mean.
i dont think i would change anything if i could.... mabye kill hitler before he was born but thats about it.

what are the main characteristics of lola and why?

i think her love for manni is an important characteristic because if she did not love him she wouldn't be risking her life to get the 100 marks manni needs to stay alive... also lolas hair symbolizes alot, blood, hate, anger, love..... other thinks are also red like the telephone (wich we see everytime she dies, the ambulence which runs over manni and otha things aswell
